Dale Julier

Dale arrived on the island over 17 years ago to do an “experimental living” year while her husband worked for South Mountain Co., a premiere island building company, and her daughter entered third grade. They all fell in love with island life and moved 2 years later to Martha’s Vineyard after completing renovations and selling an 1815 Federal home in Connecticut. Dale’s previous experience as freelance graphic artist and retail sportswear buyer prepared her well for a career change to real estate sales in 1994. Her love of the beauty and fragility of this unique island community has encouraged her to continue to volunteer on both regional and town boards to ensure that both conservation efforts and affordable housing efforts are sustained. Dale manages to keep up with her passion for drawing and painting, whenever time permits, and finds her artistic inclinations serve her well with clients trying to envision a home’s possibilities.

Bob Julier

Bob still works primarily as a builder with South Mountain Company but assists Dale in all aspects of the real estate business. After almost 40 years as a residential builder, fine craftsman and real estate investor, including antique homes, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge when considering the purchase of a property. He hopes, in the near future, to “retire” to work full time at Stoney Hill Realty.
